Autism NewsThe are many places you can get autism news. I would be careful though and make sure it is legitimate information. A few places you can get information is in the Journal of Pediatrics, Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, other journals and Medical websites. There sometimes are articles about autism in the newspapers and magazines, such as Time. You can also watch videos as well. There are also many organizations that have information on autism, as well as websites. You should also be able to get information from your pediatricians office, a developmental pediatrician or neurologist. This is fairly constant these days. It is an extremely hot topic and is only going to continue to be more of one. If you are a parent of a child with autism, do yourself a favor and research whats out there. What I mean is make sure you find out what you need to do, who you need to see, and how you get a plan in action. Remember early intervention is the best therapy for your child. That is what will give your child a chance. |
