Classroom Autism Behavior Strategies

I work in a classroom for young adults with autism. There are about 7 kids in the classroom ranging from mild to moderate in severity. I need some advice on behavior modification strategy that i can use with two of the boys. Both of them are very high functioning. The first boy loves to eat, but he is on a restricted diet, so whenever he gets an opportunity he goes out of the class, lock classroom from outside (our class room structure is in such a way that children keep their bags outside the class)and take other kids food and eat. During snack time also i have to be very focused so that he eats only from his plate.

The second boy is also high functioning, but he always interprets, like even though it is not his turn without raising hands he would start answering a question, and also whenever he feels he would start singing. Basically he makes his own rule and violate all the class rules. It would be great if you can suggest behavior modification strategies for these two kids.
